当前，湖南疫情防控形势严峻复杂。根据相关流调发现，长沙市芙蓉区一名确诊病例曾与外地来长确诊病例在户外公共场所有过短暂时空交集，两人均未戴口罩，两者相向而行、擦肩而过，相隔0.5米左右。

Currently, Hunan faces a severe and complicated COVID-19 prevention and control situation. According to an epidemiological investigation, a confirmed case in Furong District, Changsha had overlapped outdoor path with another infected case who traveled to Changsha from another province. Both of them did not wear masks. They walked from opposite directions and passed each other at a distance of only 0.5 meters.

未佩戴口罩，相隔0.5米左右就能造成传播吗？而且是在户外？疾控中心专家表示，答案是肯定的。新冠病毒无论再怎么变异，仍然是通过飞沫、接触等方式传播，要想防止病毒感染，规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、手消毒、保持安全距离是性价比最高、最简单的防护手段。

Without wearing a mask, can the virus be transmitted at a distance of about 0.5 meters, especially in the open air? The answer is yes, according to an expert from CDC. No matter how much the COVID-19 virus mutates, it can still spread through droplets and contacts. The most cost-effective and simple ways to avoid infection are to properly wear a mask, wash and disinfect hands and keep a safe distance.

疾控中心提醒：疫情防控，人人有责。每个人都是自己健康的第一责任人，在日常生活中务必要坚持规范佩戴口罩，勤洗手，公共场合保持1米社交距离，自觉做好个人防护，进入公共场所要主动配合扫防疫“场所码”，主动配合疫情防控举措。做好疫苗注射，减少人员聚集。
